iExpress Contest (hereinafter called the “iExpress”) is operated by Biz Soluted. (Operations Company of iExpress in Malaysia) Address: iExpress Cheras Maluri, Ground Floor, No. 180, G-06, Wisma Mahkota, Jalan Mahkota, Taman Maluri, Cheras, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hereinafter called “iExpress” / “iExpress.my”).
By participating in any iExpress' Contest, the participants accept and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:
1. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
a. An eligible participant is an adult above the age of 18, as of 1st January 2018.
b. Employees of iExpress and its licensed affiliates and other persons with the conception and implementation of the Contest, as well as relatives of the aforementioned persons, are excluded from participating.
c. iExpress reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Further, iExpress reserves the right not to award a prize (and to select an alternative winner) if it becomes aware or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner is not eligible.
2. REQUIREMENTS
a. In order to take part in the Contest, participants are required complete the requirements as per stated.
3. TIME FRAME
a. The Contest will run for the period as per stated.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS
a. iExpress will select the winners according to it own timeline.
b. Selection will be randomly based on the entries for the corresponding Contest period.
5. PRIZES
a. Prize(s) are as per stated.
b. Cash or credit alternatives to the prize stated will not be offered. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. iExpress DOES NOT accept any responsibility for variations in the value of prizes awarded and no subsequent correspondence will be entertained.
c. All prizes are subject to availability. iExpress reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
d. iExprfess will arrange for winners to collect the prizes at designated locations which will be notified beforehand and will not be held responsible for any prizes that are not collected by the winning participants for any reason whatsoever.
e. Each customer can ONLY win up to ONE(1) prize for the entire Contest. Eg. Customer A win prize on any period of the campaign, he / she will be automatically disqualified to win another prize for the remaining period of the Contest.
f. Each customer can ONLY win up to ONE(1) prize for the corresponding contest.
6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
a. Winner will be chosen randomly from all valid online entries submitted. Only winners will be notified by email and/or phone. iExpress is not under obligation to announce the details of the winners for privacy and safety reasons, but results will be submitted to the relevant authorities for audit purposes if required/necessary.
b. Winners will be announced accordingly and published on iExpress,my’s Facebook page; www.facebook.com/iExpress.my.
c. A reselection will be conducted should a winner be uncontactable / unreachable through phone or there is no response to our SMS / email notification within 48 hours of our attempted communication.
d. Details to prize collection will be sent to winners. All winners must collect at the predetermined iEpxress outlet and must make themselves available during the prize collection period. If a prize is not claimed in time, a new winner will be selected and the first winner will have forfeited their right to receive a prize.
7. DATA PROTECTION
a. By entering any Contest held by iExpress.my, participants explicitly accepted that personal data are being held by iExpress in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data relating to participants may be processed by iExpress, its licensed affiliates and third party suppliers to iExpress. Such processing will be undertaken for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
b. Please note that iExpress reserves the right to use the name of winners for publicity purposes.
8. MISCELLANEOUS
a. iExpress.my reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. iExpress reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice.
